Clear Transaction is company of contract specialists servicing the need of Real Estate Professionals. We relieve Real Estate Agents from the inconveniences involved with writing contracts and the time-consuming paperwork involved in the escrow process. We will take care of tracking contingencies and alleviate the burden of responding to the constant phone calls, faxing and emails typical of this process, all while keeping the Agent and their client closely apprised of every development.

How We Are Different

We will be involved in your deal every step of the way from writing listing and purchase contracts to the close of escrow

Clear Transaction will use the Relay Transaction Management system to organize all transactions, including listings, escrows and leases.

Relay is a REALTOR®-owned transaction management system developed in partnership with the National Association of REALTORS®. Relay is also integrated with Winforms online. Documents can be synchronized directly from Winforms online.

Agents, Sellers and Buyers will have access to their transactions 24 hours a day, allowing them to view contact information, contingency dates, activities, disclosures, inspection reports, written communications, faxes, and notes. At the end of each transaction, the entire file will be copied on to a CD for easy storage and quick access. A paper file will also be turned into the Broker’s office.
